Greg Leos is the General Manager and Head of Payments at Weave (NYSE: WEAV), where he leads the company’s payments business serving the healthcare sector. Previously, he has held senior executive roles across the fintech and cybersecurity industries, including Chief Revenue Officer at VikingCloud and leadership positions at Fiserv, Worldline, Trustwave, and Sysnet. In these roles, he has led global sales team, worked with Private Equity and participated in two company exists (combined value of $2B). Active in industry leadership and philanthropy, Greg has served on multiple advisory boards supporting early-stage startups, and has held board positions with several nonprofit organizations.

Hunter Menton is the Founder & CEO of Executive Insight, where he partners with Fortune 5000 and high-growth technology companies to shape the strategy, adoption, and revenue impact of next-generation technologies. With more than 25 years of leadership across fintech, payments, and enterprise SaaS, Hunter has guided organizations through major inflection points in digital transformation, building revenue engines for global processors, API-first platforms, and category-defining startups.

He also advises founders and CROs on designing revenue architectures that transform AI initiatives into predictable, future-ready growth platforms.

Jason has spent nearly a decade building and managing one of the largest networks of influential leaders in the U.S., which consists of 12 sub-organizations that include CEOs, CIOs/CTOs, CHROs, CFOs, CMOs, and other Sr. officers from major companies. He is a Partner at Executive Insight the Founder & CEO of Janium.io, where he has converted the process to build executive networks into a scalable system and software that enables others to grow genuine new relationships at scale via executive roundtables.
His background in neuroscience is the foundation for the process and his drive to create long-lasting connections between executives. Jason is an innovator at heart and enjoys the opportunity to travel, play basketball, golf, and go on outdoor adventures with his 5 year old son JJ.
